We provide a full range of property management services for the owners of holiday lets in Perthshire, Scotland. If you live a long distance away from your holiday let we can look after your property and take care of your guests. If you live on site, or close to your holiday rental we can also assist with a number of support services.
We can manage all of your property requirements including Changeover Cleaning, Property Maintenance, Guest Contact Services and Winter and Out of Season Services.
Our Changeover Service includes a full clean of the property after guests have vacated. The service includes collection and delivery of all linen and towels from our local Laundrette*, and the collection of an amenity pack* for arriving guests. Our Changeover Service is suitable for all standards of property.
Included in our fee, depending on the size and location of your property, we offer key holding and back up services 365 days a year. Our keyholding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective.
We offer planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance services including callouts and weekend coverage. Services include Handyman, Gas, Plumbing and Electrics.
Out of season we can provide regularly scheduled property checks, or we can check your property as and when required. Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during void periods in order to validate any potential claim.

We are always available and can be called upon throughout the year to assist with your property.
We are available to check your property following bad weather. A report on a specific aspect of your property can be provided if required, including on-site assessment, photos as well as recommendations for any necessary remedial work.
We can assist with providing access to trades, and can accompany a tradesman if required.
